An INTENSE, heinous psychological thriller about a man driven insane by his neighbour's baby's cries
Director Alec Gibbons, writer Ricardo Bravo, and cinematographer Justin Aguirre have joined forces to bring to the big screen the award winning short script HUSH LITTLE BABY
The Story
A man is slowly driven insane by the incessant cries of the baby next door.
THE BABY NEXT DOOR is an intense, heinous psychological thriller in which an up-and-coming young professional is kept awake every night by the cries of the baby next door. The lack of sleep, his rising substance abuse, and the stress of this job send him spiralling into a mental breakdown, which ultimately reveals an unspeakable act in his past. Consumed with guilt, he is forced to face the unfathomable consequences of his actions.
"Ruthless ambition, repressed memory and reckless substance abuse collide, with catastrophic consequences, in Alec Gibbons’ frenetic, high-octane fusion of Jay McInnerny and Edgar Allan Poe." - Grimmfest
